Wonderful
The accommodation was very clean and tidy with everything needed in the kitchen. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and kept the property immaculate. It was also helpful to be able to contact the reception staff by telephone. Thank you for a lovely stay and we'll definitely stay again.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment and unfortunately the lower sash window was stuck open; this was a little off putting but it looks like it has been this way for a long time! Thankfully the inside double glazed window did lock securely, without this we wouldn't have been happy to stay in this room. The only issues were the water from the cold tap didn't run cold - it was always warm. The room safe didn't work, we tried to follow the instructions without any success.

Attractive property with good amenities.
Well presented. Very clean. Reasonably spacious. Great to have a kitchenette.
Lack of bathroom surface or shelving space. The shower was too hot. No lift. The room was a little hot at night.
